Tools: The Sizzle Tray

The sizzle tray is a great friend of mine. For all those nights when you come home exhausted and can’t wrap your head around making dinner and then cleaning it all up, the sizzle tray is there for you.

A sizzle tray is a mini pan which can be popped into the oven to warm something up with minimal consequences clean up wise. You can toast bread on a sizzle tray, warm up leftovers on a sizzle tray, or even make yourself a personal serving of bacon. Whatever you want to make in the oven, the sizzle tray will do it for you, and just for you. This way you only have one tiny thing to clean and you’re done for the night.

Sizzle trays are so much easier to clean than the regular bulky pans we’re used to putting in the oven. Less mess means less stress people! I also keep a few sizzle trays around in case I need to put two things in the oven with different cooking times. This way I can pop them both in at the same time and allow them to cook at their own pace.

Sizzle trays will turn your late night dinners and single serving meals into a whole new ball game. They make everything so much more simple and will help you save time and food.
