5-Ingredient Cuban-Inspired Chicken Sandwich
LISTEN, I am all for cooking from scratch but when I can save time and money by sneaking in a few ready-made favorites/staples, you better believe I’M GONNA DO IT. When ALDI asked me to create my ideal chicken sandwich with their Red Bag Chicken, I was Inspired by one of my all-time favorite sandwiches: THE CUBAN. Say hello to my Cuban-Inspired Chicken Sandwich. This juicy Kirkwood Breaded Chicken Breast Fillet is slathered with mustard, topped with ham and melty Swiss, and finished with tangy pickle chips. All those magical ingredients are sandwiched between fluffy Specially Selected Brioche Buns. You tell me, but I’m pretty confident I could win any chicken sandwich war with this one. Cuban-Inspired Chicken Sandwich

Ingredients:
4 Kirkwood Chicken Breast Fillets
4 slices Swiss Cheese
1 cup Gerkin Pickle Slices
Yellow mustard
4 Specially Selected Brioche Buns
Steps:
Cook the chicken breast fillets according to the instructions on the package. Once warm and crispy, change the settings on the oven to broil.
Add the Swiss cheese to the tops of the chicken and place back into the oven for 30 seconds-1 minute, or until the cheese is melted.
Squeeze mustard onto the cut-sides of the brioche buns. Add chicken, top with pickle chips and add the remaining bun half to seal the sandwiches and enjoy!
