How to Make A Cosmopolitan

Sex and the City is BACK. The 90s are BACK. The Cosmo is BACK. This drink is one of my go-to cocktails that I love to make for myself. It is truly so simple and delicious and the color is to die for. Make this for yourself, for your friend, for your mother… You will love it.

Cosmopolitan

Makes: 1 drink

Active Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces vodka

  • 1 ounce lime juice

  • 1 ounce cranberry juice

  • 1 ounce orange liqueur 

  • Lemon twist, for garnish


Steps:

Fill a serving glass with ice water to chill. 

In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice, and orange liqueur. 

Add ice, seal the top, and shake vigorously until very cold. 

Dump ice water from the serving glass. 

Strain the cocktail into the glass, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.
