Fancy Springtime Bread and Butter

Nothing says I love you like bread and butter. And even if dinner is a total failure, as long as there is fabulous bread and butter on the table, no one will care!

As a midwestern gal, butter is one of my favorite foods. I am a big fan of fancy French salted butter served with toasted bread or radishes. In this version, I spread the butter onto a plate and garnish it with spicy radishes, chive blossoms, and fresh chives creating the best party app that will have your guests saying, ”I can’t believe it’s just butter” LOL…
