How to Make a Last Word

This gorgeous, sexy, herbaceous cocktail gets all of its pizazz from its ingredients.

Equal parts gin, green chartreuse, maraschino liquor, and freshly squeezed lime juice (that’s right…1 oz. of each), we get so many different complex as well as nuanced flavor notes in one sip. Plus, the garnish is a maraschino cherry and we all know I love when a garnish doubles as a snack.

Fun fact: green chartreuse is made from over 130 different herbs! No wonder this drink packs a punch.

Last Word

Ingredients: 

  • 1 ounce gin

  • 1 ounce green chartreuse

  • 1 ounce maraschino liqueur

  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 

Steps: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, add ice, seal and shake for 30 seconds until very cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry. Enjoy!
